What are mandatory canned food standards?
Mandatory standards refer to the standards enforced by the state by administrative and legal means, which must be implemented. Violation of mandatory standards will be punished by economic, administrative and even legal sanctions. According to the "the People's Republic of China Standardization Law", the standards for protecting human health, personal and property safety and the standards that are mandatory by laws and administrative regulations are mandatory standards. Compulsory standards for canned food mainly include hygiene standards related to canned food, safety standards for limits of contaminants in food, safety standards for limits of mycotoxins in food, labeling standards, and labeling standards for codes of canned food.
